Shipping & Delivery

Donde Esteban fully covers the applicable customs duties if your order is being delivered to the USA, UK, UAE, Switzerland or any countries inside of the EU.

Please note that the order might be subject to additional duties if shipped to the countries from the following list:

Currently we are not able to ship your order to Russia, Ukraine and some other locations. Please verify the availability of the delivery to your country while placing the order.

Our goal is to make sure that you receive your order as soon as possible. The delivery time might vary during the peak season, but does not exceed 7 days.

Upon shipment of your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. Your package can be easily tracked on the carrier's website using provided tracking details. Feel free to reach out to either the carrier or our Customer Service Team for any additional inquiries.

Please contact our Customer Service Team. It is important that any claims must be lodged within 14 working days from the delivery day so that we can help you accordingly.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, products purchased through our website can be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date, provided they remain unworn and undamaged. Return charges are paid by the brand.

Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition with their original tags intact.

Footwear and accessories should be returned in their original boxes and enclosed within a protective shipping box.

Security tags must remain attached to the product.

Certain sale items are non-returnable.

  2. In your account, select the order you wish to return.
  3. Click on "Request return." If the button is inactive, the return cannot be processed due to the 14-day timeline expiration.
  4. Provide the reason for your return. Utilize the note field for additional comments or if selecting "Other" as the return reason.
  5. Submit your return request.
  6. Upon submission, our team will review your request within 3 days and notify you via email once it's been processed.
  7. You will receive the return label in the attachment of the email as well as in your account. 

Please prepare your return shipment by packaging the items in their original packaging. If the package is damaged, please use suitable packaging. Affix the return labels received and hand over the package to the appointed courier or drop it off at a nearby Drop Off point.

All returns are complimentary as long as you use the label provided by our Customer Service Team.

Depending on the country of shipment, the delivery of your return might take up to 14 days. You can use the tracking number from the return label to check the status with the carrier.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe, typically up to 10 days, depending on your bank.
