Refund policy
All products purchased through our website can be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery date, provided they remain unworn and undamaged. Return charges are paid by the brand.
Please be aware that customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are not incorporated in the shipping rate or item price. International buyers may be subject to these charges according to their local government regulations, and we do not bear responsibility for these additional fees.
Kindly note that personalized or bespoke products cannot be returned unless they were delivered to you damaged, faulty, or incorrectly.
Eligible Products for Return:
- Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition with their original tags intact.
- Footwear and accessories should be returned in their original boxes and enclosed within a protective shipping box.
- Security tags must remain attached to the product.
- Certain sale items are non-returnable.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
Please send an email to hello@dondeesteban.co briefly explaining the return reason for each of the items you are returning, and our Customer Care team will assist you further.
Upon submission, our team will review your request within 3 days and notify you via email once it's been processed and approved.
Upon receipt of the approval email, you will receive the return label in the attachment of the email as well as in your account. Please prepare your return shipment by packaging the items in their original packaging. If the package is damaged, please use suitable DHL packaging. Affix the return labels received and hand over the package to a DHL courier or drop it off at a nearby Drop Off point.
Please ensure that the products are returned in unused and unworn condition, with the original packaging in perfect condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not liable for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.
REFUND
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe, typically up to 10 days, depending on your bank. Please note that international duties and taxes paid are non-refundable.
